How Our Rentals Work 

• All rentals are delivered and set up by noon on your reserved date.  Deliveries will start as early as 7:30am to ensure all of our customers are party ready by noon.
• We will send you a delivery window notification 24-48 hours prior to your reservation date to let you know when we will arrive.
• We offer FREE OVERNIGHTS on Saturday and Holiday rentals so you can keep the party going.  This will apply to your Saturday and Holiday reservations automatically, you DO NOT need to select our Overnight Fun option for these days.
• Overnight Rentals must be set up in a secured, residential yard.  
• Rentals requiring the use of a generator, wether one of ours or a personally provided genertor, can not be booked for overnight use due to safety concerns.
• Pick ups for all other rentals (Sun-Fri) will begin at 6pm (7pm in the summer) in the same order we delivered in the morning.  We will discuss approximate pick up times before we leave after setting up.
• We require a $69 Lock-In Deposit at the time of your reservation.  This locks in your choosen equipment and dates.  Remaining balances can be set up to be made with auto-draft three days prior to your reservation and payments in full are also accepted for your convience.  All payments must be made in full before we set up.  We can accept cash payments for your remaining balance when we arrive, but exact change will be reuired.  We do not carry cash.
• Cancel up to 7 days prior, or 3 days for weather related cancellations, to receive a refund of payments made, minus the $69 Lock-In Deposit.  The $69 deposit will be held and applied as a rain check good for one full year.
• Cancellations made inside of 7 days, or 3 days for weather related cancellations, will be held as rain checks good for one full year.
• We will send you information regarding what we will need from you for set up purposes along with your confirmation email.  You will also recieve a safety video and other information 3 days prior to your event.
